What is a credit?
1 credit covers 10 minutes of meeting time. A 40-minute call uses 4 credits — whether the bot joined it live or you uploaded the recording.
What does a typical month cost?
Stay within included credits and you pay only the plan. Solo is $97/mo with 50 credits (~8 hours). Team is $297/mo with 150 credits per seat (~25 hours/seat). Extra usage is top-up packs: 100 credits for $12, 500 for $49, or 2,000 for $149 — not a separate per-minute rate. The free plan includes 20 credits/mo (~200 minutes).
Do credits roll over?
Purchased top-up packs carry over until you use them. Monthly plan grants top your balance back up to your plan's cap each month rather than stacking.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. When you cancel, your workspace drops back to Greg Preview — your account stays.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every workspace starts on Greg Preview — a bounded demonstration so you can meet Greg. The 14-day Full Greg trial requires a payment method. Paid plans are Solo at $97/mo, Team at $297/mo, and custom Scale.
Which platforms does Greg join?

Does Greg train AI models on meeting content?
