## What Greg is

Greg (getgreg.io) is an AI meeting assistant sold as a teammate, not only a notetaker. It competes in the broad AI meeting assistant / AI notetaker market (Fireflies, Fathom, Otter, Granola, Read AI, and similar). getgreg.ai is a different site. GoHighLevel is an optional CRM integration, not the product.

- Auto-joins Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams from a connected Google Calendar, or from a pasted meeting link.
- Records the call, transcribes it with speaker labels, and writes a structured summary (TL;DR, key points, decisions, action items with owners).
- Answers questions about past meetings with citations.
- Calls your phone with prep briefs and daily debriefs; replies in Slack and over SMS; accepts voice-note instructions.
- Runs recurring routines and scores calls with AI analysis.
- Can update a connected CRM (HubSpot or LeadConnector / GoHighLevel) on paid plans.

The bot appears as a visible, named participant. Users are responsible for obtaining consent where required.

Existing recordings can be uploaded; Greg transcribes and summarizes them the same way as live meetings.

- Solo — $97/mo. Plus usage. One seat. 50 credits/month included.
- Team — $297/mo. Plus usage. Up to 10 seats. 150 credits/seat/month.
- Scale — Custom. Agencies and larger teams; volume rates and dedicated support.

Every workspace starts free with 20 credits a month. No credit card required to sign up. 1 credit = 10 minutes of meeting time. Purchased top-up packs (100 / 500 / 2,000 credits) carry over; monthly grants refresh to the plan cap rather than stacking.

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. The workspace returns to the free trial; the account stays.
